Rates & Insurance for Telehealth Therapy

Rates

$200. for 50 minutes of Telehealth.

Insurance I accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan plans. If your insurance coverage allows out-of-network benefits, I will be happy to provide a "super bill" which can be submitted to your insurance company after you make payment to me for services rendered. Telehealth services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Does my insurance cover telehealth visits?
• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash, check, Zelle, PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
If unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice, otherwise a charge will be posted to your account.
